1 qt cheese whey (great for soaking grains or beans, using in soups, or drinking straight up!) $2

1 qt cheese whey cultured with water kefir grains into a effervescent health drink ready for your flavor addition (our favorites are a packet of Emergen-C, pomegranate juice, black cherry juice, a squeeze of lemon or lime with stevia, etc.)  $7

Notes:  Jars are free with first purchase, but we ask that you return jars with each subsequent purchase. Otherwise, we will need to collect a jar deposit of $1 per jar ($2/half gallon jar). Dairy products are sold raw. Pasteurization of chevre can be requested with a full batch order (about 1 quart of volume). Bulk pricing can be negotiated for restaurant purchasing. Call for delivery options.

Goats, chickens and turkeys, bees, vegetables and fruit are all raised with organic methods, but are not certified organic. Animals and birds enjoy about a 3/4 acre piece of land to exercise, forage and browse upon. We love all our animals and treat them with respect, even if we plan to eat them!
